PSR is a psychosocial rehabilitation program for those age 18 or older experiencing skill deficits and impairment of role functioning due to a psychiatric disorder. Participants receive ongoing assessment of their needs, treatment planning and individual services. They also engage in group psycho educational and skill training in symptom management, communication skills, emotion regulation, health and wellness, interpersonal skills, use of leisure time, community integration and problem-solving. Facilitation is provided to allow transition from this program to meaningful and sustaining community activities important to quality of life.
