TIMES (Transitional Initiatives and Men's Empowerment Services) Center includes two transitional programs for homeless men, 18 years and older; one barrack-style that houses 50 men and one semi-private program that houses 20 men. The goal is to transition men to independent living. TIMES Center also runs a soup kitchen where residents of the programs receive three meals a day, and the lunch and evening meals are additionally open to anyone in need.
