Program/Service Notes:Youth 10 to 18 years of age will be considered for admission into the Residential Treatment Center (RTC). Youth served on the RTC present with severe emotional impairments and significant mental health issues, typically involving past trauma and abuse. Clinical services are provided by a team of mental health professionals. The residential services are generally funded by the Department of Children and Family Services, or through Individual Care Grants (ICFs) provided through the State of Illinois' Division of Mental Health Department of Human Services.
