Program/Service Notes:

To assist people with disabilities by identifying and orienting potential personal assistants (PAs). A PA is someone interviewed and employed by a person with a disability. PAs may provide assistance with housecleaning, laundry, meal preparation, bathing, grooming, dressing, bowel and bladder care, shopping, errand running, reading, writing, phone calls, and filing. A PA must fill out a datasheet and attend orientation before being placed on the Referral List.
