CIEDC operates the Community Action Program serving Piatt County. It provides assistance with first month's rent or deposit (up to $250.00) when funds are available. It also administers the weatherization and LIHEAP programs. The program has a food pantry on site and can also refer to other food pantries. A soup kitchen available once a month. CIEDC offers limited budget and job counseling. It provides information and referral to other Piatt County resources.
