Eligibility: Adults who need socialization opportunities, supervision, therapy/exercise, assistance with daily living tasks, medical monitoring, and memory treatment are eligible. SSIU School of Medicine assessments are available at no cost to customer. Transportation is provided in C-U area for customers. Alzheimer/Dementia Support Group meets the third Wednesday of the month from 12-1 p.m. and is open to community, Call or stop by for a visit.

Circle of Friends Adult Day Center is for adults who need socialization opportunities, daily supervision and assistance with activities of daily living related to physical/mental impairments. Services include medication distribution; physical, occupational and speech therapies; bathing; beauty shop; pedicure; catered meals; transportation services Monday through Friday within specified geographic areas; memory treatment activities; community resource referrals; support groups; and professional counseling. They also operate the Memory Assessment and Resource Center to assist in diagnosing dementia and is a designated provide site for SIU School of Medicine's Alzheimer and Other Related Dementia Demonstration Projects. Alzheimer/Dementia Support meets the third Wednesday of the month from 12-1 pm.
