Program/Service Notes:

The Fire Department offers safety presentations for community businesses, service organizations; residential Knox box and smoke alarm installation for qualifying individuals; Youth Fire Setter Interventions; and station tours. Upon request and availability, fire personnel will attend neighborhood and community events. The department provides one full time campus deputy fire marshal for coordination of campus trainings and education. Community fire and life safely presentations focus on preschool and older adults. The department manages the community's Risk Watch ( unintentional injury) presentations including fire/burn; gun safety; motor vehicle safety, bike and pedestrian safety; poison safety; drowning awareness; choking/suffocation/strangulation prevention programs. These are provided to students in all Unit Four grade schools.
