Program/Service Notes:

The CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) Program recruits, trains and monitors volunteers to advocate for the best interest of abused and neglected children. CASA volunteers are appointed by a judge to conduct an intensive independent investigation of the case and to monitor Court orders pertaining to the child. CASAs gather the information by maintaining consistent contact with the child, parents, grandparents, therapists, counselors, teachers, and doctors.
