Hours:	8am-5pm, M-F; 11-month school program
Eligibility:	Children with all degrees of hearing loss for therapy and mainstream support. School program for children with normal hearing as well as children with hearing loss, preschool through 2nd grade.
Fees:	Vary depending on services rendered; provides sliding fee scale and scholarships to offset costs and accepts public and private insurance
Intake Process:	Family visit and assessment; credentials to provide Early Intervention Services; approved as a non-public special education program by the Illinois State Board of Education.

This is a non-sectarian program serving children of all ages. It provides parent-infant intervention, and toddler group services, auditory-oral school program for children with hearing loss as well as normally hearing children who are in pre-school through second grade classes, individual therapy and mainstream support services. Complimentary consultations are available.
